We are a comprehensive financial planning firm that offers financial advice and guidance, investment management services, as well as, access to a variety of financial instruments as part of the planning process. Our approach is to treat every client in a unique way by tailoring our services to specifically fit each individual circumstance. We pride ourselves in customizing our advice knowing that each person, family and financial situation is different and truly deserves customization. Additionally, we are committed to speaking with our clients as often as they'd like, or as new financial decisions arise -- because that is when you need us the most!

Isaac Keil, CFP®
For the first 17 years of his career, Isaac worked in the corporate financial world, most notably at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where he spent the majority of his time as a financial advisor and investment manager. As a young man fresh out of college, Isaac's dream was to create his own financial firm, but he knew that being connected to a larger firm would benefit him greatly as he learned the business and honed his skills. Today, Isaac is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner, and has developed himself into an advisor that is able to deliver quality financial advice for many types of clients and businesses. Isaac prides himself on being available, attentive and ready to help with all financial matters. Outside of work, Isaac loves to visit national parks, watch and attend sporting events, and loves teaching finance to children of all ages. Isaac resides in Yardley, PA with his wife Alexa, son Archie and dog Reggie (beagle).
Belena Vincetti, CFP®
Belena is the Chief Compliance Officer of Isaac Financial via Fortis Capital Advisors. Belena started in the financial services industry in 2005, with over 15 years in the compliance field specifically. Her experience spans back-office, operations, staff development, and personal financial planning and investment management.
Belena is a graduate of Truman State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and French, as well as, a Masters of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Before joining the financial services industry, Belena lived and worked in France for a couple of years and previously owned an art gallery just outside of Madison, Wisconsin. Belena currently lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her daughter, Scout, and is still actively involved in the local art community.
Dave Palladino, CFP®
Dave joined Isaac Financial as an associate in 2024. Dave comes from a military family where dedication, teamwork and morals were incorporated into his life from day one. Throughout his high school and college years, Dave started to hone his business skills by working for the family business.
Dave also played various sports throughout childhood including football, basketball, and baseball. Dave went on to play baseball at WCSU while earning his degree in Business Management Administration.
Dave enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and says he can beat anyone at the game setback.
